THE TRADE UP CHALLENGE

Hello everyone! My name is Galipaygo, or Gali, and I’ve been on Chicken Smoothie since January of 2016. I love this game and helping other users so I decided to make a “trade up challenge”!

What is a “Trade Up Challenge”?
The trade up challenge is a trading challenge in which I take an OMGSC (Oh My God So Common) pet and trade it up all the way to ER (Extremely Rare) or OMGSR (Oh My God So Rare)!

The Timeframe
For this set of pets I plan to give a month timeframe. I will begin today (02/01/2026 in MM/DD/YYYY format) and end 03/01/2026.

What Do You Do With The Pet?
At the end of the month challenge I will be gifting the pet to a brand new user on the site! During the month I will be giving new users a number and then drawing one at random after the end date (so in this case 01/02/2026 unless I get an OMGSR before then).
After the pet has been gifted we will start over with a new OMGSC.

I want to help the pet’s rarity rise!
Wonderful! I will need all the help I can get. If you would like to help me in this challenge please read the appropriate section below.

The Rules

1. I will have about one month to increase the pet’s rarity.
(This one will be 02/01/2026-03/01/2026 in MM/DD/YYYY layout).
2. After the challenge is over the ending pet must be gifted to a new user.
(Someone 8 months or younger by the challenge’s start date).
3. I cannot trade the pet down in rarity.
4. It is acceptable to trade for the same rarity pet if it has greater demand than the one prior.
(E.X.: A store pet is higher demand than a same rarity month or event pet. An older pet has more demand than a newer one of the same rarity).
5. It is allowed to skip rarities in trades.
(E.X.: An OMGSC got traded for an UC (Uncommon)).
6. Pets must have a listed rarity to be in the challenge. If they do not yet have a rarity, they cannot be used since it may violate rule #3.
7. After the time is up a new pet with the OMGSC (Oh My God So Common) rarity will begin the next challenge.
8. If I get multiple trade ups while offline, I will accept the first received that follows the challenge rules. If you would like to still participate in trading up please resend when it auto cancels!
9. I am not allowed to beg for trades. They must come to me so there is no pressure on the other user’s side. This is entirely voluntary!
10. I am NEVER allowed to keep a pet that is used for the challenge. Even if it is a dreamie of mine.

I Want to Support the Challenge!

Wonderful! I will need all the help I can get so if you would like to support the challenge and help a new user get a valuable pet then please navigate to this group: Trade Up Challenge and make a trade offer on the pet with something that is either rarer or in greater demand than what is currently there. Feel free to bump the thread to so more people can find it!

I Want to Support but Don’t Have a Better Pet!

That’s okay! You can still help our new users in your own way. Here are a few options:
1. You can send an OMGSC pet with the message “For Trade Up” and I will add it to a pool of pets to be used in the challenge. If I get enough I may even increase the number of active trade up pets that month so there’s more new user gifts at the end
2. You can send over any number of pets you want and I will begin an adoption center for new users when I have enough, so while they are waiting for the challenge drawing at the end they can still get new exciting pets!
3. You can bump the thread and help more people find it, no pets involved!

For the first two options, please specify it is for the challenge or for an adoption center and NOT for me, thank you!

Update: At 20 spare pets I will begin 2 or 3 more OMGSCs to be traded up in tandem. Please note that only one pet will be gifted per new user.

Do I have to offer on/off your wishlist (WL)?

Nope! Offer whatever pet you want ^^
If it Happens to be on my WL rest assured I’m not keeping it and am keeping close eye to make sure my wishlist isn’t inaccurate for those wanting normal trades.

Can I just offer an open suggestion?

Absolutely! Just clarify that it’s for the challenge and I’ll add the challenge pet to my side for you. I quietly prefer you add something to yours so I can make sure you are offering what you’re willing ^^

Can I just give you a high rarity pet for the challenge but not receive one back?

If you’d like to donate a high rarity pet then please just let me know it’s a donation rather than a trade up and I’ll hold those pet(s) for future giveaways!
