How I value pets (rares in uncommons and below)
when I'm trading rares for lower rarity pets I always use rarity math! please note that at some point, these numbers reach insane heights and obviously will not be expected in quantity trades! however, I do fully expect to get a somewhat fair price for my rares, so I always recommend offering at least some older date pets to cover a lot of the quantity if you're offering on older rares. I always break down quantity offers into OMG so commons to make it as accurate as I possibly can. if I end up rounding some numbers up it is in your favor!

how to accurately calculate pet values in trades

1. take all pets from both sides and split them down into their current year OMGSC values.
2. once you added both sides up to their individual value, you can take your side and substract it with the other person's side.
3. if you have OMGSC left, then you are overpaying by the amount you calculated! if the number ends up being negative, then the other person is overpaying by that amount!

examples;;

step 1, add up both sides!

2021 R = 32 2021 OMGSC +
2021 UC = 8 2021 OMGSC

step 2: substract their side from your side!

40 - 64 = -24
result: they are over by 24 2021 OMGSC

step 3: add a pet (or multiple pets) worth 24 OMGSC to your side to make it fair to them!

this can be any combination of pets worth 24 2021 OMGSC, for example:

1 2020 UC (worth 16 2021 OMGSC) + 1 2020 C (worth 8 2021 OMGSC)
