Pet's name: Noble
Adopt virtual pets at Chicken Smoothie!

"Oh, for the LOVE OF--!!" Noble screeches in frustration when she trips for what must be the eighth time on her scarf.

Why the scarf?

Well, it's October and where she lives that means it's wear-a-scarf-and-jacket-when-you-go-out-or-spend-the-next-week-hacking-up-a-lung weather. Luckily, her skeleton costume is warm enough not to warrant a jacket and gloves or there would have been no point to her dressing up if you couldn't see it.

A breeze sweeps through, sending not only dirt and dried leaves up into her face, but also the tail-end of her scarf.

"URGH!"

A few nearby trick-or-treaters give her a funny look before deciding they don't want to mess with the crazy skeleton girl and they cross to street to walk on the parallel sidewalk. Noble is thankful for the mask hiding her reddened face as she struggles to put her scarf back in place. With some muttered threats, she takes off the offending piece of fabric and rewraps it around neck so it's much less like she's wearing a scarf and more like a boa contrictor got a hold of her, but hey, at least it ain't going anywhere. Not if it knows what's good for it, that is.

"...there you go, you little snake..." Noble says under her breath, tucking the end pieces into her costume. Shaking her hair free of trash, she quickly makes up to the home's door and knocks.

"Trick or--"

--another gust of wind, this one stronger than the last like one final hurrah, manages to untuck scarf and whap it goes in her face again--

"--TREAT!!"

Pet's name: Skeezy


Skeezy blinks. He looks down at his empty paw and blinks again.

Huh.
Skeezy raises his head and looks first to his left then to his right...then back again to his left.

Well, he thinks, scratching his head, this is happening in my life, I guess.

For all intents and purposes it appears that he's lost his little sister.

Skeezy shrugs to himself and starts walking along the busy streets. Their hometown is pretty safe and, really, his sister is old enough to be without a babysitter. And it's not like this isn't the first time the little rascal has gone and run off on him.

He just hopes his mom doesn't find out he lost his sister...again.

Skeezy huffs fondly, shaking his head.

He should have expected this. His sister always ditches him the second she can to go trick-or-treating with her friends. And he doesn't blame her. Yeah, trick-or-treating with your older brother might have been fun when you were little but as a tween? Talk about lame.

But Skeezy doesn't mind. It gives him an excuse to dress up as his favorite anime character—Kakashi Hatake—and go trick-or-treating himself. Can't say no to free candy!

Skeezy follows the group in front of him to one of the houses. He waits his turn patiently.

Excitement swells in his chest when it's his turn and he holds up his jack-o-lantern pail.

"Trick or treat!"

Hi! If you'd like to give me a treat I absolutely love items! But pets are good too. Non-Wishlist are totally okay <3
