i also love ppl saying a cryptid theme! i wasn’t here for the camping event, but a theme specifically based around cryptids with more niche/lesser known urban legends would be so cool! :3

+ love the idea of a nostalgia theme! incorporating references to early 2000s/2010s toys, snacks, fashion, etc. as well as throwbacks to older CS pets and stuff like that could be really cool too. i’m imagining silly bandz, cosmic brownies, sparkle dog-esque pet designs, scene/emo clothing, fruitiger aero & fruitiger metro aesthetics, robot/digital pets (subtle references to idog & tamagotchi type toys, keeping in mind the copyright rules), pets that look like those character popsicles with the gumball eyes (iykyk), and other stuff along those lines!

STEAMPUNK EVENT!!!!! all different types of metal!!! copper is so fun to play with as a material bc of the different colors/levels of oxidization! im imagining a focus on 1800s victorian aesthetics with a modern twist w gears and intricate mechanical designs!!!!! id absolutely love to see this someday

Some kind of retro theme. Retrofuturism perhaps. OR 1920s aesthetic. Would adore something like that. Let's travel back in time, maybe even learn something from pet or item descriptions during the event, idk seems like it would be fun and could bring a lot of colourful and interesting pets and items. Maybe centered around a movie theatre or some sort of fancy club or hotel. Pets and items based on the aesthetics, inspired by art deco and the fashion during that time.

Noir detective. Help solve a crime case like in an old detective movie! I think in that sense detective video games might be a good inspiration for some quest concepts - some people won't talk or assist you until you did a favour for them, and sometimes you get rewards for finding things they were missing or needed, and so on. Pets and items can be based on the era and aesthetics, on evidence, and maybe there's some more eccentric and some mysterious characters as well. Maybe you can "find" polaroids and turn those in.

Music theme. You can help out some musicians, and there's some pets based on certain music genres and epochs, some cool outfits and accessoires so your pets can dress themselves like rockstars. Punk, glamrock, jazz, metal, hip hop, whatever the heart desires. Maybe there's even a little record store, a venue with a backstage area or a recording studio, and you can talk to the band members, the manager, the stylist, fans, record store employees, a producer in the studio, stuff like that. Help the band get inspiration to record their album, or help them set up a fantastic show so they can play the best gig ever.

A decades theme would be fun - different litters different decades

I also think an urban theme would be fun. Cityscapes, urban animals,street performers, and other things like taxis, gargoyles, and newspaper.

Maybe art? Like different styles of artworks. Sculptures, modern art, etc. Different locations would be paintings or museums or something. Maybe different pets based on the styles of different painters.
