What would be your dream Summer Event theme??

Thinking about it I have come up with 4 ideas that I would like to see
1. Steampunk
This would be a fairly straightforward theme, lots of gears and dapper looking pets

2. Ninjas vs. Samurai
It's been a while since we've had a good natured fight. The last time that I can think of was Nightmares vs. Dreams during the Slumber Party event

3. Pirates/Treasure Hunt
Based on previous events it's about time for a water themed summer event, and a Treasure Hunt would be relatively easy to pull off

4. Mythology
You have to admit that a fantastical adventure to a place like Mt. Olympus or Valhalla sounds like fun.

seconding the 2000s scene core and camping ideas!

I would say that the more fantasy side of the woods has already been covered by the fantasy event. we got mushroom, fans and fairies, and fairy wing items from it ^^

'adoption' event! where there are animals who need "homes"

storybook event where there are parody books to avoid copyright infringement, so pets based on the books enough that we can tell what they are but not blatantly saying the book name. i,e warrior cats , roley and jute (romeo and juliet), twilit (twilight).
im sure people would enjoy guessing book themes!!


jpop/kpop event, main theme being superstars like hatsune miku or "anime" idols

mythology event where each pet/item tells a story

fantasy event with gryphons/harpies, etc

animatronic event where everything is animatronic based, like our favorite fazbear franchise

I love the aforementioned forest/mountain theme, not only cryptid type scenarios but even regular wildlife like deer, moose, antelope, elk, squirrels, cougars, etc. would be so cool to see concepts of. plus camping, like tents or trailers, hiking, sightseeing, plant or animal collecting (antler sheds, bones, etc.), and even rock collecting.

I would love to see a different planet, like a trip to Mars or something. I absolutely loved the space event and would love to see a similar themed trip. I'm biased though as I adore space related themes.

My ideas:

• Art Event (like ink and paint that disney do)
• baby event (items like nappies etc, like what those puppy in my pocket toys were like! Have a bunch of pps pets)
• mythical event (dragons, mermaids, fairies etc)
• Royalty event
• music event
• flower and garden event
• someone mentioned a cloud event, I do quite like that idea but it's not mine
• Also love the idea of a camping event !
• explorers event (although that might be too similar to jungle event)
• spy event
• ghost event
• labyrinth event (all like Indiana Jones, puzzle solving exploration)
• forbidden forest event (like the alton towers story with the forest taking over the rides, the forest could be taking over the site, have old designed pets with evil vines coming up their back etc)
• and my all time favourite so I'll put this in huge caps.... WIZARD EVENT!!!! Or magic event. I know we had some wizard stuff in 2011 but I need more wizard stuff, more items pls ♡

bug event? like a microscopic world event! that would be so cool! 🐛

amoebas, germs, beetles, butterflies, worms, small birds being the large dragon linearts? butterfly wolves would play some kind of great part, and the caterpillars and spiders too. a bug world thing would be really cool, with the tokens being acorns or little flowers or something, it would be super cute.

there could be a foresty area with more strange or dangerous looking bugs, like spiders and dragonflies? and then a garden area? the plot of the event could be all about bug-friendly and nature-friendly gardening practices, such as planting more for butterflies and birds, and leaving the leaves in fall for the caterpillars and burrowing bugs! i think it would spread a really great message especially with the push for sustainability and it might help the eco friendly message : ) there could be something like a picking up trash minigame or trash items to trade in for items and pets? unsure but those are some of my ideas! thanks for reading

i've seen a lot of camping/wilderness-style suggestions and i am fully on board w that! mossy pet designs with themes like overgrowth and grainy, woodsy sorta vibes. i think there's a lot of potential for everything from silly little forest ferrets to ethereal woodland god-like creatures that guard the land or something. ancient ruins could be a thing there, too

a cloud-themed event seems to be really popular as well, and i like the idea, but it is very similar to the slumber party event in terms of the pet designs. maybe an aerial-themed event? less clouds, more wings and feathers? floating islands and flying whales? idk

whatever u guys choose, i'm sure we'll all enjoy it :]!
