Akiya walked quietly toward the town. She had decided to live here and she would befriend some of the mysterious and flighty horses that were said to inhabit the Isles. Akiya stopped into the land office to see what they had available. The man behind the counter showed her a ranch that looked like Akiya had designed it herself. She immediately claimed it and was soon on her way toward her dream ranch and life. It seemed like forever before Akiya was on a hill looking over her newly bought ranch but she was finally there.
Akiya's dull red hair blew into her face as she stood memorized by the image in front of her. All of the stables were slightly run down and were white with blue-green roofs. The ranch was situated in a clearing in the wild forests of Kashmir. The perfect place for a horse to live. Akiya turned her azure blue eyes toward the ranch style home on the near end of the property. It wasn't big but Akiya didn't need a lot of space. It too had a vaguely elfish structure with its arches and tall, arched windows. Akiya smiled, this was home. This was what she'd been searching for.

This are the stables. There are three of them, one for the mares, stallions and foals. They have a slightly run down appearance but are actually well taken care of. They are usually only used during cold weather and when mares are foaling. These are located near the Khon Thani Falls.
This is what most of Kashmir looks like with mostly over grown paths and dense forest. The rest of the forest is riddled with meadows, streams and ponds but none are big enough to be note worthy.
This is the Khon Thani Falls, located near the ocean. It is one of the favorite places of the horses that roam Kashmir to meet. The Kashmir Stables are located near this waterfall.

Akiya is small woman standing at only 5 feet. Her eyes are blue and her hair is a red gold color. She usually wears shorts and belly shirts and she despises shoes. If she wants to dress up, her clothing consist of a skirt and belly shirt made of deerskin. She will wrap her feet in the winter and wear pants and a t-shirt but only if its cold enough.

Personality: Akiya is a cold and mysterious person, preferring to be left alone. She comes and goes at her whims and is usually very hard to find as she seems to disappear. She doesn't of course, she just has certain skills gained from her past that allow her to move around mostly undetected. When she does decide to stick around and be social, she often times tries to be friendly but it only lasts until someone wants to know about her past. Then she'll become cold and angry, often leaving rather than talking about it. Akiya's has a soft spot however for any wildlife, especially horses. She prefers horses to people and can often be found lounging with one horse or another in a glade or clearing. She is fiercely protective of any wildlife and will confront anyone harming wildlife.

Other: She is haunted by her past and wont talk about it. She has skills that are usual for a person to have, hinting at some kind of military training. Her eyes are sad and haunted.
