Hello and welcome!
Imagine yourself walking in a forest on a warm, summer night. The moon is full and the fireflies are out, dancing as their lights twinkle in the moonlight. The grass at your feet is springy and bows beneath your feet as you tread. Crickets chirp. An owl hoots a friendly hello in the distance. Yet, despite the calm, quiet scene all around you, you cannot enjoy it because the only reason you're there is because you got lost. A single misstep from the trail was all it took.
You reach a hill and think maybe you can get a better look around at the top. But when you get there, you find yourself faced with a cloud of muggy fog clinging to the trees and bushes of the forest. The animals have gone silent. All you can hear is the thumping of your heart against your ribcage. The hill was steeper than I thought, you think. That's why my heart is racing.
A figure appears in the fog. It's big. Taller than you, even. You're getting ready to scream, or shout, or do something when you realize it isn't a bear or a mountain lion or a big scary monster out to eat you. It's a person riding a large, chestnut stallion with a brown mane and tail. The person dismounts and walks around the front of the stallion. You realize it's a young woman, probably in her early twenties, with black hair and gray eyes hidden behind a pair of red rimmed glasses. She's wearing a red long-sleeved shirt, brown riding breeches, and a black riding helmet. A rainbow colored scarf flaps around her neck.
"Welcome to Serenity Moth, stranger," the young woman says. She smiles at the panic in your eyes. "You can take a deep breath. Zyx won't hurt you. He's a big softie."
"Z...Zyx?" you stutter.
She pats the horse. "Yup. This is Zyxanthiel. We were out for a night ride when he started getting a little antsy. He only does that when someone's out wandering the forest. Come with me, and I'll get you inside. I've got a phone, so you can call someone to come get you."
"Thanks," you say in relief.
"No problem," the strange woman says with a wide grin. "It's not the first time someone has wandered into the Serenity Moth Stables."

Art For Que!
Interested in getting some art of your Isles of Equi horses? Well, I'm interested in earning a little Que!
So in exchange for some Que, you can get a customized version of this lineart!
Just PM me or post here with the picture of whatever horse you're wanting me to do for you! ^_^
Prices
Design difficulty determines the price.
I will determine which difficulty your horse falls under.
And I cannot do any mythic breeds - sorry!
Easy Design - 300 Que (equivalent of a 2010 Advent)
Easy designs are ones with one solid color and maybe a few patterns.
Example: my stallion, Zyxanthiel.
Mediocre Design - 400 Que (equivalent of 2010 Uncommons and below)
Mediocre designs are ones with a solid or two-tone color with some patterns.
Example: my mare, Prosperity.
Difficult Design - 1000 Que (equivalent of a 2009 Rare)
Difficult designs are ones with lots of patches, swirls, designs, and colors.
Example: n/a
Don't want to give me Que?
Wishlist Pet Exchange
Depending on the design of your horse and which pet(s) you're offering,
I may do some art of your horse(s) for my Wishlist pets instead of Que.
Though I'll probably only agree if you're offering 1 uncommon for an easy design,
3 uncommon for a medicore design, or a Rare for a difficult design.
Think my prices seem a little pricey?
Sorry, but I worked really hard on the lineart. Plus, a lot of time
and effort on my parts goes into the detail of coloring the mane and each individual hair
and whisker on the horse. Plus, the more difficult designs take a lot longer because I'm
a perfectionist and have to get all of the little details down just right before I'm happy.

About: Magdalena Mezzanotte, who prefers to go by Lena, is a friendly, bright young woman. She was orphaned at a young age, but that never stopped her from getting a good education. Ever since she was little, she has loved horses. After many years of hard work and dedication, she now owns the Serenity Moth Stables. Accustomed to the work, Lena does much of the up-keep of the stables all on her own. But she does get the occasional help from her ranch manager, William "Woody" Valkoi. Along with her horses, she owns a male black cat named Appleseed (shown in the picture) and a female Australian shepherd named Cookie (looks like this).

The Serenity Moth Stables building is located right where the sparse-brush fields meet the forest. It faces the mountains to the west, so spectacular sunsets are often seen from the front porch of the Stables. Visitors are always welcome. Seeing as there is a road that goes straight through Moth and right past the stable building, the owner of Serenity Stables, Magdalena Mezzanotte, sees many people pass through. Right across the road is also a small lake that was created from river run-off from the western mountains.
Magdalena's home is actually connected to the stalls where the horses are kept. This allows Lena quick access to her horses in case of an emergency, such as if a horse is sick or foaling. The house part of the building has two stories. When one walks through the front door, which has a white moth painted on it, they find themselves in a foyer. To the left is a doorway that leads to the living room, and to the right is a doorway that leads to the kitchen and dining room. The living room and dining room both have doors leading out to porches, which can be seen on either side of the house. The living room also has a large fireplace.
Between the two doorways in the foyer is a grand staircase that leads up to the second floor. On either side of the staircase are doors - the one on the left leads to a laundry room, and the one on the right leads into the tack room of the horse stalls. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a master bedroom that has its own bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the three other bedrooms have their own balconies, which can be seen on either side of the house.
The stables where the horses are kept has a tack room that is directly connected to the house. From there, one steps out into the hall with the wooden stalls. Each horse has its own stall with a golden plaque above the door of the stall that has their name engraved on it. The place is very neat and tidy. No tack is left lying around. Dust motes float through the air whenever sunlights peeks through the windows, but other than that the place is very clean. It smells of hay and horses.
Together, the house and stables make an L shape. Nestled in the crook of this L shape is a fenced arena for practicing racing, dressage, rodeo, or simply to just walk a horse after a long day on the trails. During the day, the horses are let out into the white-picketed fenced in pasture that starts at the far end of the arena and keeps going for about a quarter of a mile.

The lake is very small. It is about eight feet deep in the middle, so it is barely larger than a pond. Lena calls it Serenity Pond, especially because it is a serene and welcoming spot. It was formed from river run-off that came down from the mountains to the west. The water is clean enough that people can swim in it. Madalena often brings her horses to wallow in the cool water, especially on a hot summer day. During winter, the little lake freezes over and people can ice skate. During this time, Lena welcomes visitors who wish to ice skate, but only on the weekends. After visitors are finished ice skating, Lena likes to provide them hot chocolate and a cozy place in front of a blazing fire in her living room fireplace.

The riding trails wind through almost the entire forest area of Moth. People who are looking for an all day trail experience typically ride Serenity Circle Trail, which is the longest of the five trails. There are a handful of branching trails that lead off from the main trail, so riders and horses don't get tired of riding the same trail over and over again. The riding trails are the best known areas of Moth because of the existence of them.

Serenity Circle Trail
Serenity Circle was named because of its circular shape. This trail takes a whole day to travel. It's typically ridden by more experienced riders because some parts of it can be a little tricky. Where the trail meets with the Sweet Scent Trail, there is a clearing with picnic tables. It is the most common rest area where riders stop while riding Serenity Circle Trail. Those wanting to camp out overnight can set up here.
Moth's Wing Trail
This trial was named because the shape it creates with Serenity Circle looks similar to a moth's wing. This trail takes a little less than a day to travel. Novices and experienced riders have no trouble with this trail. Moth's Wing is also the trail where the most wildlife is seen, such as deer, squirrels, rabbits, and sometimes the occasional fox. Visitors often want to ride this trail just to get some great photographs of the wildlife.
Grand Grass Trail
This trail was named because it is the easiest to ride and the terrain is mostly grass and trees. This trail takes a few hours to ride, and because it so easy it is usually ridden by novices. Halfway down the trail, there is a rocky area with a rock wall that has enough crevices in it that people can easily climb it. Visitors dubbed it the Grand Granite Wall, and Lena has kept the name.
Sweet Scent Trail
This trail was named because many wild flowers, such as poppies, lilies, daffodils, and dandelions, bloom along it, creating a sweet scent in the air. This trail is really only a shortcut between Serenity Circle and Grand Grass. Riders usually ride this trail at a leisurely pace in order to enjoy the scenery, though riders with allergies should probably stay away because of all the flower pollen!
Rocky Road Trail
This trail was named because it is extremely rocky throughout the terrain. It is in the most dense part of the forest, so sometimes tree branches stretch out into the trail. Only experienced riders are allowed to ride this trail, and it is often closed down by Lena because storms knock trees down over the trail and make it impossible to pass. Despite the treacherous landscape, the Rocky Road Trail has some of the best scenic views of the magnificent forest of Moth.

Moth Road is a very simple, dirt road. It begins at the border of Phaïon and winds its way up through Moth to the border with Hendell. About a quarter of the way up the road, it branches off to another dirt road called West Moth Road. West Moth Road ends at the border with Dwänholf. While West Moth Road is fairly decent, there are sections of Moth Road filled with pot holes. So drivers beware! There is also a short, barely noticeable dirt road that branches off from Moth Road and leads to Goldar. It doesn't have a name, and drivers often miss it even when they're looking for it!
