Feathers

Wanted to try something different. It started with an eye, then formed into 'eyes' on feathers. I threw some colors around and put about 10 overlay layers over that. Overlay and Soft Light are great for pulling colors around.

It kind of looks like a dragon with many eyes and beak shaped mouth. The colors look really cool!
