I'm currently attempting my first "color in" based on a design I just won, but I don't know how to match the colors the artist used? I know how to get hex codes in Photoshop, but there doesn't seem to be any way to input those hex codes in Oekaki. I noticed there was an option to "Load swatches from your computer...," but frankly I don't know how to save color swatches to my computer in order for them to be uploaded.
Does anyone know what is normally done for "color ins" on Oekaki?
Thank you so much!

I believe this question has already been answered by another user a few pages back, but if I remember right, you can same the picture and pull it up into photoshop and look up the exact hex codes for it. Then when you go into chibipaint, when you look at the color palette, you want to double click on the bar that shows what color you selected. I believe that is where you would type in the hex code.
I haven't tried it before, so I am not completely sure about it. If someone would like to clear this up, that would be awesome. ^^

Yes. What you have to do is following: Open up the drawing you want to pick the color in and draw with it. Now see that the color box where you pick colors has three boxes: the rainbow one, one for picking the color by hand and one that shows which color you have picked. Click the most bottom box (the one which shows you which color you have picked) two times or just right-click it. It works both for me. A small window will appear asking which hex code you want.
Hope that helps. :33
Ha, look at that ~ a bit of searching and I could have answered my own question.
Sorry about that, Catastrophic Blend. Thank you for letting me know! C:
