ugh i just cant get the lock alpha thing

'Lock alpha' Is when you draw something on a layer, and then you want to draw over it without messing up anything else. For instance, i draw hair. I would click lock aplha so that way i could draw over the hair for highlights, and not anything else. Get it? Its kind of confusing at first, but just play around with it and youll understand ^^
