Just click on them and color, practice and test them! For example, water color brush is like you're using watercolor to draw etc. You should really go on "Sketches and experiments" and test these out. It's gonna help you.

You can't directly edit someone's Oekaki even if you're aloud to. You can only color in Oekaki's that aren't yours.

Hello how do you do 3D like hair and such...
If time was still, the sun would never, never find us,
We could light up the sky tonight,
I would see the world through your eyes,
And leave it all behind.

If it's you for me forever,
If it's you and me right now,
That'd be alright, be alright.

We're chasing stars to lose our shadow,
Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine,
So won't you fly with me?
Oh yeah, gonna fly with me now.

I don't really understand what you are asking here, sorry. ^^; Could you clarify?

You can't paste pictures from outside oekaki to oekaki, sorry. If you meant how to duplicate layers/copy&paste parts of the oekaki, check this topic: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1051967&hilit=paste#p28613270

I feel weird because I want to be a wonderful online drawer like everyone else, but I have trouble making highlights, shading, and making lines that look cool on the computer. Any way I can get better?

The only thing that can make better drawings on a computer is a tablet. If you don't have one, I suggest buying it. About the type, it's all about you. Everything else depends on the skills.

Skill, practice, textures, time aaaaand bunch of shading and highlights. You can try looking up a few tutorials on that, I guess? I don't know, the point is that you should not use lines if you go for realism. That's all I have to say on the matter.
