I can't use Oekaki, theres just a blank frame, NOT a paper in the program. Help?

How do you even get onto Oekaki??

Go to the top of the CS page, go to 'Art' and then 'Oekaki'
Then you select the area you wish to draw in, explore each area for what suits what you wish to do c:
Then go to 'New drawing' in the corner of the page.
Sorry the diagram things are really bad quality, I had to use MS paint ^^

Okay. Well, there isn't really a paint effect, they just used the Water color a certain way.

They told me they lowered the opacity, made the smoothing higher- and there was a lot of steps. I tried with watercolor, but it didn't work.. I think I should get someone else to answer this..

Right click on the picture. Press copy image location. Go to your sig. put in [img]. Then right click, then paste. Then put [/img] after you pasted. hope this helps

Sorry, i had to do this in a code so that the img thing would stay.
