I wasn't added yet either. My entry was included as one of the winners, but I had to make a change to my entry before it could be accepted and added to the list of winners. You can ask apache if you're unsure.

I think this works just like any other editable. You just color in the lines that TWG drew and draw your own skull or mask for whatever your character is wearing. Only we have to get her permission to color it before being able to do so.
