This is SkyClan's deputy at the beginning of the story.
Branchsky has always been a SkyClan warrior at heart, and he loves his clan more than anything. The history of SkyClan living on its own horrifies Branchsky, and he's petrified of living on his own. He's always been kind of a push-over, and many of his generation consider him a runt despite his large size. Branchsky tried his hardest always, and was always pleased to make some cat happy. When he became a warrior, he overworked himself to doing the dawn patrol and dusk patrol, as well as hunting. He went to his nest exhausted, and missed the dawn patrol the next morning. (This is after he did this for a few days) He was distraught, and the leader pulled him aside and told him that he didn't have to work so hard. He understood, but still worked hard. When the leader died and Graystar was made a leader, she immediately chose Branchsky to the surprise of everyone, especially Branchsky. He actually asked her privately why he had been chosen and not some other cat, but he told him he had a heart of gold and he had the loyalty of a mother to her kits as he was a warrior to SkyClan.
It was a really sweet conversation and Graystar and Branchsky became really close friends after that. Also, Branchsky is the kit that Graypaw almost died saving during the dog attack. He had been convinced by his friends in the nursery to go out and explore, and he's never forgiven himself for the incident. But Graystar thinks of his concern fondly.
He's the father of Cloudthorn and Oakbranch too. (Their mother isn't Graystar lol)
