This is my new character Bert! He's half Persian cat and half blobfish ^^" Character design by credit.

He's generally a grumpy old man, but he can warm up to you if you gain his respect. He's not afraid to speak his mind and, once he decides something, he will NOT change his mind unless someone outright proves him wrong, and even then he'd rarely admit to it. He has a wide array of insults to use, and he practically seems to use a different one each time. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor. He also will make cheesy dad-jokes sometimes, which is generally a sign that he likes being around you.
