I'm a bit confused? How do I play, and how do I get a horse to put here? Can it be from any adoptable species as long as I have it?

HARPG is a community role playing thing based around users doing art of their horses, usually with each piece of art/writing being given a point value.

There are also player hosted art contests where people may have to draw their horses eventing or competing, sometimes with specific backgrounds (as would be possible in Oekaki).

So it isn't necessarily something you need to subscribe to and you can store your horses however you like, you could make your own references and store them in a post. Its however you prefer!
