P2U Binder Dog Base
Hey! this is my first time making a Pay-To-Use Base, so I'll just outline a couple rules

Rules
You can use for whatever you'd like! adopts, characters, etc.
do not profit off the base itself, but you can sell characters created using the base
if taken off-site, credit my Toyhouse
don't remove my signature! you can move it, but it must remain visible

Accepting:
$5USD
50C$
any rare+ WL pet
bribes (bulk WL, mixed offers, art)
