I was thinking about this scene a while back and the sadness in Starscream's voice when he said that. I realized that Birds by Imagine Dragons fits their situation really well, so I decided to draw angst. You're welcome.

Something about the fact that he cared about Skyfire tells me he wasn't always such a jerk. I believe that, in losing a friend that day, (and perhaps his only close friend), Starscream lost the ideal of kindness as well. Killer art.
