I Usually Don't Like The Way It Turns Out When I Try To Draw John, But I Really Like How This Looks (Save For The Flat Coloring And BG). Maybe I'll Change That Later.
Anyway, This Is Based Off Of The Character That John Played In McCloud.

Edit- Added Some Shading And Shine On His Glasses. Also Gave In To My Need To Add An Orange Border Around Him :P
Ahh, Forgot To Add Some Detail To The Patches And Maybe His Deputy Badge (:
