if you could change anything about my artwork, what would it be?
anything i really need to focus on?
should i make adopts?
what kind of content would you prefer to see from me? should i not post so much? post more?

If you want to push yourself, you could finish your work more.
You could clean up your sketch lines (but messy lines can be cool stylistically), add more shading, and add a background.
Just try to challenge yourself more maybe? Going out of your comfort zone will help you develop your style!
And, adopts from you would be fun to see! Only if you want to though :3
