This is a reference Sheet for a character I have in mind, Her name is Liberty
and she is a Intelligent Animation Sibling, Kinda like the little sisters from Bio shock
I still need to make up her outfit and her accessorizes but I have other things I need
to do so I put her in a cute little swim suit for the mean time. She has a little heart
shape birth mark on her belly and i may give her a little beauty mark on her cheek.

Ok so I finished her, I changed her heart birthmark to kinda look like a shooting star but its still by
her belly button and she has a patriotic outfit on <3
