Saiyan

She doesn't know what her hand's doing, but she's pretty sure her hair's coming undone. Ohoho.
Just messing around drawing Saiyan from the Green Beret. ^^ I usually just draw Tika so I thought I'd practice oekaki-ing with someone different. I slacked off a lot, and I just realized I forgot to shade her kimono. Oh well. She came out nice, all things considered. The oekaki kept messing up my lines.
