Well, it's better than my first attempt, I guess. <_<;

Could anybody tell me how to get multiple layers to work? >_< I tried doing the skin on the lowest layer, hair on the second, eyes on the third, and outlines on the top one, but they're interacting strangely and the layer where I tried to do the eyes wouldn't work at all.

you need tio make sure you slect the layour and don't have lock alpha on when you start drawing on a new layer

I did select the new layer, though, and I did not do the "lock alpha" thing. <_<;
I tried setting the layers to multiply, and somehow some of them became transparent automatically?
I also don't know how to make a new layer except to duplicate one that already exists. >_<

you click the plus button at the bottom of the layers box. which is transparent so you draw onto it.
