On CS we do not discriminate against people based on their sexual orientation, and therefore there is no rule against art of same-sex couples. The only time that a picture will be removed if it is a violation of the oekaki or site rules, and as this picture is clearly not a violation of any rules, I am not going to remove it.

If parents have a problem with letting their children view art of same-sex couples for whatever reason, then it is their responsibility to police the sites that they allow their children to visit. If they deem CS to be inappropriate because there may be some images that express support for same-sex relationships, then they have every right to delete their child's account. Likewise, if you are offended by the idea of same-sex relationships or rather tame images that express support for them, you too have every right to delete your account and not access the site.
