Cute, but no, it's not intermediate worthy. Sorry.
Here are some improvement suggestions:
1.Clean up your color. Try drawing and coloring on separate layers so they don't run together or overlap, as that looks messy and unappealing.
2. Clean up your lines or lack thereof. If you are going for a lineless picture, don't show lines, and if you are going for a lined picture, don't color over them. Also, play with the smoothing feature, it's great fun.
3. Work on your anatomy/style. I understand this isn't supposed to be realistic, but good stylized art has a basis in real life anatomy. Work on making your anatomy look more like real anatomy, and your nonrealistic art will look that much better.
4. Backgrounds, backgrounds. This background is distracting. Try making a background that is simple and doesn't conflict with the actual drawing.
