Beautiful, love the colors and how soft and downy the feathers look. The coloring kinda reminds of bouquetblu's style. xD

Anyway, may I offer a few tips? I looked at your previous versions and it's cool to see how you've improved, so I just wanted to share some things that I've picked up through my experiences with art.

First, something that I never really paid much attention to or cared about in my people until rather recently: the collarbone. I now see the collarbone as one of the most important features of a person. It helps with drawing the body structure and can help indicate the position of the body. It seems like such a small thing, but to me it really enhances the quality of the picture! (Just like eyebrows do. I never cared about drawing eyebrows until middle school. Then I realized what a big difference they made. xD)

This next tip is a little more tricky. It's about the face shape. In my opinion, I think the chin could be shifted just a little to our left--then her mouth will be more in line.

Also, If you notice the facial structure of a person, you'll see that the face is not one smooth curve from the 3/4 view; starting from the top of the face, there's the curve of the forehead, which then indents into the eye socket (which in your case doesn't matter much since it's covered by hair :P) and then the slope of the cheek, then another distinct slope of the chin. I think you could define the chin and the cheek curves more on the right side of her face (our left). To get a better idea of what I'm saying, you can look at your own face in the mirror at an angle. ^^

i know it seems like kind if a lot, but these are just things I've picked up myself from studying other people's techniques, so I thought I'd share them with you. Good luck and keep up the good work! :D
