Hmm, I suggest going from a shade of light blue to dark blue with the eye color, then blending it a bit where each color hits the next to appear more realistic. Also, those white dots on the eyes? There should only be two, generally. One larger than the other.
Also, perhaps work on the shape of the eye? It appears more human than cat. :)

oh, and, the the timer is all-knowing. i had alot of time inbetween, and my brother erased half of the fur for me so i had ta redo that, to.
