First try at digital fur? :I

Postby Nanuuk » Tue Jul 19, 2011 2:47 pm

A WIP.
Please don't move yet, because it's not finished. o3o.

Bleh, finished. I don't like this very much, but I guess it's OK for a first try at digital fur.
I like the eye, though. It's so purdyy. <3.

I don't think it is Intermediate worthy, but, keep trying! Great first try!

Its a very good first try but the fur is going in the wrong directions. A wolves fur does not go all over the place like that it mostlly goes one way.

You might want to study fur direction in the future c:
I hope you dont take offense to this, I am just trying to help.

I couldn’t count on anyone to stand there behind me
And keep the dogs from dragging me off with them
While I slept you crept in and pulled the rug right out from under me
Then the rain stole away and took the parts that kept me functioning

My heart will be blacker than your eyes when I’m through with you

I think it's rather unfair to say that it's not intermediate worthy without giving any advice on how to make it so. I think it's very good and it's obvious that you put a lot of effort into it. (:

Yes, in that picture you can see it goes in one direction, but with a longhaired dog [ which is what it was meant to be.. ], it sometimes does.

As for studying fur direction, I sat by my dog drawing the basic direction.. :/.

Aww, thanks. So many people have said 'not intermediate', but if the mods thought it was that bad, it would have been moved back by now. ^^. <3

And yes. Four hours is a long time when you can only work on it at school. xD. <3
