View topic - Pray for Rain.

There have been some fire's here lately. Most of them were controled, but one has been raging. It's pretty close to us, but far enough that we aren't having to pack everything up and leave. It's been really dry and windy here too, so the fire has been spreading quickly. It has already destroyed several peoples' houses and property and many of them are having to take shelter. Some of my friends live out in that area too, so I'm worried about them. Ash is raining constantly and the sky has been overtaken in smoke. It's really hard to go outside because of it all.

If you would be so generous, could you pray for the people who may have lost their homes or the ones that they loved in the fire. And that it would rain here because we so desperately need it. Thank you.

i hope it rains enough so all the ashes of the past will be washed away, and the people who have lost so much, will have enough strength to carry on, and start a new beginning.

This is beautiful. Your art is magnificent and I love the expression, you captured it so perfectly. This picture sends a message for help and I like it.

And I will pray for rain, pray for everyone to be ok.
I have no idea what its like to be in that situation but I hope that everyone makes it out with their lives. A house they can rebuild, a human they can't.

Thank you everyone. The fire is still moving and (to my knowledge) has destroyed around 169 acres.
