All chestnut horses will always have dirty grey-brown colored hooves,
and the skin on their groin, muzzle, and around the eyes will always be light or dark grey.

𝐀. 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲
A solid, pale, sandy base. Mane and tail must be a similar color to the body.
𝐁. 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧
A slightly darker shade of Honey. The body shines with golden orange undertones.
Mane and tail must be a similar color to the body.
𝐂. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝
A solid reddish-rust base. Can be slightly lighter or darker.
𝐃. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲/𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥
A darker variant of Standard with rich, red undertones.
It can appear as dark as Liver, but will be redder. Mane and tail will always match the body.
𝐄. 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫
Darker brownish-red base. Mane and tail must be slightly lighter than the body.
Can appear either as very dark red, or borderline brown.
𝐅. 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤
Despite its shade name, black chestnuts still qualify as red bases.
They appear very dark and smoky, but can have red-hued undertones.
Mane and tail will always match the body.
