Public cursed gene guide for the Pookies species
Melanism is categorized under curses.
As curse genes are mostly dark in color, curse genes will instead have a colored dot near the name of the gene to signify it's rarity instead of being a different color than the others.
Fishbone gene can be any kind of fish skeleton structure
Kitbone gene can be any skeletal structure that has a baby called a kit (examples: cat, fox, rabbit)
Suffocation gene can represent any kind of suffocation as long as it does not appear as if the Pookie is actively suffering. Ex: Tendrils can appear as seaweed to represent drowning if the Pookie is helping the player (you!) with an underwater game such as Subnautica.
