Wanted to try basing these guys in a clean, adopt friendly, sort of style.
I think the main limitations design wise will be that the paw pads, eyes, and nails all must be the same neon color. (Such as here, they’re all bright green but the shades are a little different to add contrast.)
Other than that? No clue what the edits can be.
