Raikou belongs to Gamefreak, Nintendo, Pokemon.
Of the cat trio, he's my favorite. Though this drawing doesn't do him justice.
Worst, I missed the Nintendo event for him.

My username used to be Bdavi. It's been awhile since I've posted any new art here, as I've been quite busy with my own little traditional art world, which I love deeply. But I'm sure I'll post on here again.
