What Are Foleathas Exactly?

The Foleathas are a tribrid species between that of a cheetah,fox, and eagle. They are generally peaceful species it is not common but they will get into fights once in a blue moon. They can tend to be quirky and they love to play and fly around. Full of energy and a lovely addition to anyone's character collection! The cheetah takes about 75% of the species it being the basic body shape and having the tear markings that the cheetah has, the fox takes up about 20% of the species having the basic head shape, ears and the tail of the fox. And finally, the eagle takes up the last 5% of the species it just being the wing.

THE LORE


THE BREAK DOWN
The Foleathas are a tribrid species between that of a cheetah,fox, and eagle. They are generally peaceful species it is not common but they will get into fights once in a blue moon. They can tend to be quirky and they love to play and fly around. Full of energy and a lovely addition to anyone's character collection! The cheetah takes about 75% of the species it being the basic body shape and having the tear markings that the cheetah has, the fox takes up about 20% of the species having the basic head shape, ears and the tail of the fox. And finally, the eagle takes up the last 5% of the species it just being the wing.

THE PLANET
They live on the planet of Radil (Rah-dill) Radil is full of lakes and streams, open mores and cliff areas, they also have uncharted plants and other peaceful creatures. However, the storms on this planet are highly severe on Radil, most of the time bringing freezing temperatures in its wake, the foleathas are extremely sensitive to the cold for this reason they have caves they will take shelter in. These caves are warm and lined with soft nests. They also store food in these caves, the caves can be sealed up with larger rocks to keep out the frigid temps. The originals founded this planet not yet discovered by humans during their escape from Earth. You see the humans thought they were unnatural and therefore a threat.


EAGLE WINGS
The Foleathas are large and strong in build allowing for powerful wings. This made it possible for the Foleathas to escape from Earth to Radil. The large wings also help with hunting as they tend to live in and around cliff sides using the wind to their advantage to swoop down on their prey or patrol for any oncoming storms.

CHEETAH BODY AND TEAR STAINS
The basic body structure of the cheetah allows for the Foleathas to be fast runners clocking in at 75 sometimes 80 MPH depending on if they fold their wings back or not. This helps them to run quickly into caves to hide from the storms and also for hunting form time to time when they cant just swoop down on their prey. The tear stains help to reflect the suns glare which is a bit harsher on Radil due to the harsher storms that plunge the planet into frigid cold making the sun need to work harder to warm up the planet again.

THE FOX
The normal foxes are sly and cunning same goes for foleathas, the brush (or tail) can be draped around themselves to provide extra warmth during the severe storms. The ears can also be used to tell when the storms are over and when it is safe to leave their warm and cozy caves.

THE COMMUNITY
They tend to live in small packs this allows them to help each other with making nests in the caves, hunting, and keeping an eye out to warn the others of storms.
