HE HAS A RLLY RLLY intense idea of personal space and will be ?? rude??? if people push him
he's just being honest but he can be a bit blunt....
he just hates germs sosososo much and he freaks out if people try to touch him
his house is chaotic which is weird but not to him, because he knows where everything is at any given time
rather than being a compulsive liar, tobi physically cannot lie to someone. so if you ask him a question and you want him to lie about it, you're going to be very disappointed.
