That was a bit rude wasn't it?
You just could have said "I think maybe a bit more practice would get you to the intermediate section. But it's great art either way!"
Or something like that...

It's a lovely drawing. But for some advice I'd narrow the snout a tiny bit, and the slit eyes a bit wider. And make the outline a darker, but not to dark, outline of the background. It's really good though! :)
