Well, I have a ton of free time at the moment, so I'm going to try to make one of these each day. I tried making the colors soft, and shading as well. I made the "lines" for the arms and legs by using the burn tool. As the title says, This is neko England. I've recently became obsessed with Hetalia, so you're gonna see a LOT more Hetalia drawings from me.
