Well, here we are. Me and my mother. Strange how i never inheareted her colors or striped body patterns. She used to tell me stories of the country all the time. I would listen to them and close my eyes, imagening the world beyond the ever growing city.

Now dear, this story is about how your father made his way out. He was a very brave cat who loved adventure. Kind of like you. He had the same colors as you as well. Now on with the story. Your dad crossed the main street and past the bakery. He crossed dangerous roads and climbed tall buildings. He climbed the tallest one, and what he saw was incredible. He saw out of the city lines and into feilds and rivers. He was astonished. He saught to go see the land, so, he did. He jumped many rooftops and slept in old boxes and torn down buildings. He faught rats and other cats. After 3 days, he made it to the border of the city and the feilds. He crossed it and immediatly felt a change in him. He thus than explored for weeks. He even killed a blue jay! And when he came back he gave me the feather of the blue jay and we both enjoyed its delicous meat. WEll of course he could only carry so much before he came back but thats for another time. Now you have the feather. I want you to never lose it so you can always remember him by.
