I have absolutely no plans for this species, I would make an adoption centre out of it but well... I don't have good enough pets to host an artist competition. There is also the fact that I usually end up abandoning my adoption centres as I lose interest.

SO whatever, I'll figure that out later (though if you guys do want me to make an adoption centre out of these I MAY be able to think about it.)


For those who want to know:
The wing-like things coming out of it's back are leaves.
A leaf also hangs off it's tail.
The adult version of this species can actually fly, though the teenage and child versions can't as their wings and tail leaf are not fully developed yet.
The tail leaf helps the leaf-wolf keep their balance when in the air.
May/may not be herbivores I have not decided yet.


Any suggestions are welcomed and will be taken into consideration.

EDIT: I AM 100% FINISHED. It's like I just ran a marathon!

Thanks, I am trying to get them as perfect as possible - even though perfection is impossible. I spent around 2 and a half hours on the adult lineart, and the rest of that doing the teen LA, gender signs and colour palette.

I am still at a loss with what I should do with these but hey if I am going to do something (aka if I am going to make a new species) I may as well do it right.

EDIT: Just finished the Child's Lineart....

When doing this I basically draw the LA 3 times.
1st time = the sketch
2nd time = in black, will be seen in final design
3rd time = to give it the illusion that I actually have pen pressure

It's because I am drawing it 3 times that this is taking so long.

EDIT: Teen version can now be viewed, going to try and finish off the child version now as well.

Okay guys, suggestions on what to do with this species and what to name it would be awesome, I really need help in those particular areas

I do like it but I think I might just stick with Tree Sprites. Hmm I MIGHT make an adoption centre out of them. Atleast this time I'll be able to keep up with the demands of owning an adoption centre as it's school holidays and I don't have to worry about homework and exams xD.
