idk, they seemed like a moderately cute concept i wanted to roughly sketch out.
i'd imagine they're bred as pets for really young children. uvu they use their long ears and tail to wrap around things they like and 'claim' it (eg, stuffed animals, soda cans, their owner's legs), and are incredibly loyal and protective of what they've claimed and often have small hoards. while they have no remotely dangerous defenses of their own, if a stranger tries to approach something they've claimed, they'll make a high pitched squeaking noise to try to scare them away.
