Dragon-type Eevee Evolution..?

I saw a lot of people observing the pattern of eevee evolutions on youtube (Introduced in pairs, one is super effective against the other, all evolutions are special types(Mostly non-physical)) and thought that along with the new Fairy type evolution, Sylveon, there should be a Dragon type with it. So I thought I'd try to imagine what that new evolution might look like.. And ended up with some weird gray-and-blue ninja Rayquaza with wings. Yeah...
