"Well, first off, my family and I start decorating on the first day of December. What we do is we have a hat with little scraps of colored paper; all six colors of the rainbow plus black, white, and pink, and we draw two colors out of the hat. Whichever two colors we drew out, those were the colors we'd use to decorate with. Sometimes they were good combos, other times not so much. We use those colors to decorate everything: the tree, the stockings, the lights on the house, the clothes for the snowman in the front yard, even the gift-wrapping paper for the presents. I know it may sound odd, but it's tradition, and I love it.

The odd Christmas tradition Poinsettia always does is go up and sit on the roof of her house and watch the sky for Santa. But, she's mainly interested in the Reindeer that pull his sleigh, she believes she could 'Communicate' with them. She's always really excited for Christmas just for this, not for the presents or food.
