Storm Wind

Postby PandoraStables » Sat Jul 10, 2010 4:54 am

Lol well I've been on and off doing this one for the past 3-4? hours. Lol it's 2:21am now and I can't be stuffed doing anymore lol :P Anyway the story to this is that theres been a storm at our house which started at about 10PM and the wind is like, WOAH! I feel like a trees gunna fall on the house! So I was bored and tired so I randomly just drew this horse in a storm which isn't as bad as this one but still raining and windy...Gee I can't wait to see how many trees have come down tomorrow! Eeek! :o
Anyway Hope you can try to like this lol ;)

I think the drawing has a nice theme, and is very well thought out. However you could improve on the legs. Make them thinner around the bottom and clean them up. I think the body is a tiny bit to long, and the head could also improve. Great picture overall, and keep drawing! :D

To color this, you first set layer 1 to 'multiply'. then add two more layers. move layer 2 below layer 1. Keep it on 'normal'. then move layer 3 inbetween layers 1 and 2. keep in on 'normal'. color on layer 3 and if you want a background put it on layer 2.

This explains so much! :D

You wanted critique? Here is some more;

Everything listed above

The neck is too thick.

And snuggles00 was right, the body is too long.

I really hope this helps, I want to see you improve. ^.^
