This is my other Starry design that I've been working on that I decided to transfer to Oekaki. But his actual markings/design will remain the same.

Personality: Quiet, observant, intelligent
Sexuality: Unknown.

Role: He is a trained assassin.
Other: His weapon is a Kusarigama. The dark ribbon is attached to the sickle and the tie around his neck is what he uses to release the wound ribbon so that he may use his weapon. The two light blue pins attached to the kusarigama's ribbon are woven into the ribbon and secured in his mane so that he can't ever be detached from the item.
He also has a total of four stars - two are shattered, two are left remaining intact.
Any suggestions as to a better way to have a weapon incorporated into his design or for his name are welcome~
