So Leroy hates cats. Can't stand them. He especially hates the cat in the radio station bathroom. How everyone is goo-gooing and gaa-gaaing over it. Makes him sick. Especially because before the cat appeared in the bathroom he was like the mascot for the station. Now he's been over run by a small hovering flea-bitten mascot stealer. (In Leroy's own words)
