I'd like for the mane to be a mohawk, and the tail length just to be enough to cover the tail bone. Also with his mane and tail, I'd like it to be a very dark brown, almost black (maybe black if you want to), and for it to have blue streaks in it.

No accessories, really. I can't think of anything at the moment either.

I'd like for him to be a buckskin, something likethis preferably (besides for that one white sock). I'd like for the light tan in the palette do be used for light dapples, and natural colors as a base. I'd really love if you could do some kinda of design using the blues on top of the natural coat. Feel free to use other colors/other shades of those colors and do whatever you feel looks correct.
name and personality of the equine (optional but it gives me a better thought of how to design it):
Get annoyed and frustrated with others easily, feels free to correct somebody on the slightest thing he can point out, tries to make others mad, questions logic too much, loves to be around people just for his humor's sake.
