You have to adopt one, currently there are nine for adoption but you can visit the official page

She probably didn't shade them so that the colors of the parents and pups could be seen better ^^ plus the past two users have been perfectly capable of shading it themselves. :3

These are the woi species lines. Only the artists and those who's turn it is to breed their woi can use these lines.

There probably won't be anymore until after the new year. The last litter just ended and they change what they do every month between liiter/teenie/adult adoption.
