I have 2 of her kittens (mine are fixed, thank god) and they are a matching black and piebald brother/sister pair with green eyes.
So how is mama barn cat having tortoiseshell kits when she isn't calico? her current litter is a tortoiseshell and the other is a long hair black with a lighter shaded collar.
Cat color genetics are so complex!
