Mine came with 3 extras xD They look like long, thin white things xP

How/where did you buy yours? Like online, or at a store? I got mine at a store so I didn't have to pay shipping fees online

I'm not sure where you can buy them separate.

I got mine at Officeworks

Anyways, it didn't come with any extras, and I know the end of my pen isn't white.

Should have a box on the side, where you can add layers (+), remove layers (-) and edit settings. If you can't see it try going View > Palettes > Show Layers :3

My Cousin has a Bamboo tablet/pen and she buys all her supplies from http://www.wacom.com/regions.php just click the region and work on from there. You will usually find them in digital art stores, although im not quite sure how many are around these days. You could try in Officeworks works as well, to see if they have any in the same section as your tablet or the digital arts section in general.
Also i believe that they also have another name; Nibs
