I should do a better step by step on how to get your icon lol. The front page says save, crop and use XP I should really make a step by step on everything lol. Round 4 will have a better step by step.

Yep this Round is all full, I actually have people in waiting because I wasn't fast enough to tell everyone we reached the 11. I will link Round 4 here when it is open, so just keep an eye out for that link.

Between PinkSpaniel and I, we have already caught 3 people who have edited their icons without permission, and Pink has pm'd you guys but seriously, that is art theft guys. I can quote the rules from Tess in the Art/Oekaki rules if you want?
Steps will be taken as needed. She is doing these for free, at least be respectful and ASK her before you change her picture.

I don't think so. With making it transparent all you are doing is removing the blank space in behind the character, not changing the actual artwork of the character itself or removing Pink's signature. Pink is actually encouraging transparency cause it looks nicer. But people have been adding/editing to the pictures without asking PinkSpaniel if it's alright first

Nope, transparancy is allowed! I love transparent backgrounds, I actually prefer it to the white background. Also cropping an image to fit better are both allowed by me. As long as the crop keeps in my signature of course. Next round I will set up my front page with a set of rules. I have everything there but I believe it to be too cluttered, partialy my fault there.

Editing, adding words, drawing more stuff, animations, ect, must have my permission. This is not just my rule, but a CS rule as well.

I will try anything XP but I am not sure how well I can pull off that style. I have never tried it before.
